Ingredients

  • Canned tuna
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Hot green pepper (optional)
  • Chopped garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Libyan spices
  • Eggs

Preparation:

  • Boil the eggs.
  • In a skillet, sauté the onions and hot pepper (if used).
  • Add the garlic and tomatoes and continue stirring until the vegetables become tender.
  • Add the canned tuna and Libyan spices and mix them together.
  • Add the boiled eggs and mix.
  • Serve it hot.
